“The Ponds” is a Master Planned community is located in Summerville, SC off of U.S. Alternate 17 with more than 1000 acres of preserved land.  The community has a Family YMCA and a Fire Station nearby, miles of walking trails, bike paths, and a waterfront amphitheater.  There is also a very large “Village Pond”, or Lake, which provides a great location for boating, kayaking, and fishing.  There is an original 19th Century Farmhouse located at the amenity center, as well as a pool, coffee house, pavilion, fire pit, picnic areas, and tree house.
