Within Cane Bay Plantation, only Residents in one of the “Lakes of Cane Bay” Neighborhoods will have access to the lake system, including the boat ramp and dock (pictured above). Several neighborhoods are included in the Lakes of Cane Bay, including Waterside, the Coves, West Lake, Four Seasons (a 55+ Community), Jasmine Point, Tidewater, and Meridian.
Waterside
Waterside is a community in Cane Bay Plantation in Summerville, SC, and is one of the communities in “Lakes of Cane Bay”, and residents will have access to the 300-acre lake system. There is a boat ramp and dock located in Waterside, so you will not need to travel far to get out on the water. This is an excellent location for kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and fishing, or if you want to own a waterfront property. You can also take a sailboat or an electric motorboat out on the water. Other amenities include a pool, pavilion, a ship-themed playground, a picnic area, and miles of walking trails. Lennar is the homebuilder at Waterside, and the homes here have front porches, and some have a double front porch.

Summerwind Crossing
Summerwind Crossing at Lakes of Cane Bay in Summerville, SC, is an emerging Active Adult community (It is not a 55+ Community) designed to offer residents a modern and convenient lifestyle. This neighborhood is within the larger Lakes of Cane Bay development.
